We know that some organisations offer SIL as well as a range of other services. One Doorway offers one service: Supported Independent Living.
Our focus is on delivering these supports really well to ensure great outcomes for all.
One Doorway is committed to building tailored 24 hour SIL programs for participants to ensure their support team are the perfect match for their needs.
This means we only recruit support workers based on the preferences of our clients.
We have found this model to be incredibly successful as our clients play a key role in building their support team.
At One Doorway, we are dedicated to ensuring our participants have a safe and comfortable home to live in. We work with all of our clients to help find them the right accommodation solution.
One Doorway charges NDIS participants the rates published in the NDIS Support Catalogue, for the services it provides.
We will continue to charge the Temporary Transformation Payment rates (a scheme designed to assist in ensuring sufficient service provision for NDIS participants). House Cleaning, House/Yard Maintenance and Sleepovers are not affected by this.
We are including here the new rates for common supports only. You can view both the NDIS Price Guide and the NDIS Support Catalogue at .www.ndis.gov.au/providers/price-guides-and-information
