One Doorway was founded in December 2020 with a simple goal - to enhance quality of life and help people living with disabilities achieve their individual goals and outcomes. Inspired by personal experience and a genuine passion for making a difference, we set out to provide support that is tailored, compassionate and empowering.
Since then, One Doorway has grown significantly, expanding to around 20 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes across Victoria while continuing to partner with Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) providers to create more opportunities for accessible living.
Our growth has also been reflected within our team, expanding from 10 employees to more than 165 within just three years. We remain committed to investing in the training, development and wellbeing of our people.
